This new addition to the company鈥檚 TEGO庐 Foamex line is a 100% active concentrate based on polyethersiloxane technology, offering formulators a reliable, efficient solution that aligns with environmental and regulatory standards.
Engineered to deliver consistent performance, TEGO庐 Foamex 8051 is particularly effective in high-PVC (pigment volume concentration) coatings. It maintains persistent defoaming action under high shear conditions and performs effectively during the grinding stage of coating formulation. Its durable defoaming capability remains stable even after storage, ensuring long-term effectiveness for manufacturers.
A standout feature of TEGO庐 Foamex 8051 is its ease of incorporation into formulations, streamlining the production process for coating formulators. The product offers a cost-effective way to meet the performance demands of modern coatings without compromising on environmental compliance. It adheres to the European Ecolabel criteria (2014/312/EU) and contains no reportable hazardous substances. The additive also boasts very low volatile organic compound (VOC) and semi-volatile organic compound (SVOC) levels, measured at 0.08% and 0.19%, respectively, according to DIN ISO 11890/2 standards.
