The acquisition, announced on May 6, signifies LE's commitment to expanding its portfolio with environmentally acceptable lubricants (EALs) and further solidifies its position in the global lubricant market.

RSC Bio Solutions brings to LE a comprehensive suite of environmentally responsible lubricants, notably its proprietary FUTERRA and EnviroLogic product lines. These products are globally recognized for their best-in-class lubricant quality coupled with fully biodegradable technology, making them ideal for marine applications and other environmentally sensitive environments worldwide. RSC's expertise allows customers to meet increasingly stringent regulatory requirements and achieve their environmental stewardship goals without compromising on performance.
