BPCL Selects Grace UNIPOL PP Technology for PP Homopolymer

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has selected W. R. Grace and Co., the leading supplier of Polyolefin catalyst technology and polypropylene (PP) process technology for the proposed 450 KTPA PP facility at Rasayani near Mumbai. The company aims to manufacture phthalate-free polymer using advanced PP process and catalysts technology. The proposed plant is under the pre-feasibility check period and is likely to be commissioned by 2024.
