Bhd., a subsidiary of PETRONAS Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation (PRPC). The project involves the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) of the Outside Battery Limit (OSBL) facilities for a new biorefinery plant within the Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) in Johor, Malaysia.

PIC, one of Southeast Asia鈥檚 largest refinery and petrochemical hubs, is currently developing a biorefinery plant dedicated to producing Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).
