Uniper SE, a leading German energy company, and Kyuden International Corporation, a subsidiary of Kyushu Electric Power Company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore joint business opportunities in hydrogen and ammonia trading, renewable energy, and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS).
